How to Apply

So you’re ready to take the plunge? We’re glad you want to live in one of our homes but we need to get some information first.

Here’s what we are going to need to consider you as a tenant.

  1. An Application for each adult who will be living in the home. You can click here to apply online or download an application.
  2. Proof of ability to make the monthly rent payment. Usually a recent paystub is sufficient.
  3. Proof you have move-in funds available. A recent bank statement reflecting a balance to cover first month & security deposit would qualify.
  4. Credit report. Credit reports are $25 per adult and the payment authorization form can be obtained HERE if we aren’t exchanging documents in person.

 

The next step is getting all these documents to us. Incomplete applications will not be considered, so please send us everything on the list.

  1. Email us the documents to Info@mhpropertyservices.com. Indicate the property you are applying for in the subject line
